Having our wedding planned by Fidan, was the most amazing experience. She has the right attitude and personality to plan a stressful event and we really appreciated that during the planning process. Fidan and her team are absolutely AMAZING! The reason we chose Fidan is because we felt her warmth and kindness from our first consultation. She understood our visions and helped them come to life. She is kind, friendly, professional, has a lot of knowledge, and has good connections within the wedding industry. Fidan and her team are wonderful, professional, detail-oriented and kind! We are so grateful that we got to work with Designed Dream team! Two years ago, before Pandemic, I started planning our wedding in Canada. Googling, I found too many planners and vendors, I felt lost and confused. I looked at Designed Dream profile on google and I trusted the reviews! A great great decision to make and that’s where our journey started with Fidan and her team! Pandemic happened and like many couples we had to reschedule our wedding not once but twice! Having an international family, not only we had reschedule the date but also we had to change the location of the wedding to Mexico so everyone could travel there easily (given the strict rules of Canada on closing the borders). If Fidan’s positive energy and support wasn’t with us, I would definitely cancel the wedding. She is kind and always available. The whole team made us feel we were the only customer they had (giving us all the attention needed) Fidan’s also extremely patient and flexible. Given our super busy schedule, she worked hard with us to schedule and plan the dreamiest destination wedding!! Our wedding was beautiful, fun, flawless and memorable! I was looking for a quick and easy way to plan a beautiful dinner for my moms milestone birthday up at our cottage an hour north of Toronto. I stumbled upon Designed Dream Events on Google and had never worked with Fidan and her team before but I took the leap and I’m so glad I did! We booked the Event in a Box service which was the perfect solution for an intimate birthday dinner. Fidan worked with us from day one to ensure every detail was perfect. She even made special accommodations for us since our event took place outside of the city. Everything arrived as described if not better! From the flowers to the table settings to the delicious catered food, it was all 10/10. My mom had an amazing and memorable birthday all because of Designed Dream Events. I would recommend them to anyone planning a lovely event at home.

When my fiancee suggested, at an early stage in our wedding planning, that we hire a planner I must admit to being against it. We seemed to be doing fine with it ourselves (really, 95% her!) and I just couldn't see the value in the extra cost of hiring someone else to do the planning. I had no idea how wrong I was! Hiring Fidan was worth ten times what she charged us! Not only that, she now feels like a dear friend who we would be happy to see anytime. She has an instinctive sense of how to deal with people to get everything done perfectly and leave everyone feeling good about it in the process. She was highly professional in every interaction with us, with family and friends, with vendors, and with church officials. Her level of knowledge and sense of style are excellent. She has many contacts with a range of vendors for every aspect of a wedding and they, in turn, are highly reliable, professional, and of the highest quality. She is also a truly warm and wonderful person herself which makes the whole process so very pleasant. In the end, we came to rely very heavily on Fidan, and in return, she helped give us the wedding that was truly a dream come true. The Designed Dream team is truly incredible. Always on the ball, always available when you need, always impeccable with their care and timing and attention to detail. From timeline assistance to knowing where to be to assist the couple on the day of the wedding (eg. holding flowers and belongings - who knew there’s so much stuff to carry on a wedding day!)... setting up every detail, checking up on vendors before and on the day, keeping the evening flowing smoothly from DJ/MC timing to checking up on the kitchen if meals are coming out slowly, discretely yet effectively packing up everything at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about any of that... there are so many things to list that they helped with but bottom line is if you’re considering hiring her just do it. You won’t regret it! We had issues due to Covid with our original venue - they wouldn’t commit to a reduced guest count at government guidelines - so we were left without a venue just 2 months to our scheduled October date. We wondered if we could plan something within a month to have something outdoors during warmer September... We enlisted the help of Fidan and Milena and spoiler alert - we did it! Designed Dream has connections with many amazing vendors and Fidan suggested Palais Royale, which was actually one of my top choices when we first started planning (I loved that it had the versatility of indoor space, covered outdoor tent space, and amazing waterfront vibes) but it was initially beyond our budget for a larger wedding. With less guests and with Designed Dream’s pull we were able to plan something affordable and truly beautiful. We were SO happy with how everything turned out. Even my husband kept saying how amazing and helpful Fidan and Milena were. He knew a planner could be helpful, but he didn’t realize HOW helpful! We are so grateful to Fidan, Milena and Designed Dream for all their help in pulling off an incredible day in record time! Thank you so much!

This past weekend I had such a fun time setting up the Event In A Box by Designed Dream Weddings! I chose and absolutely loved the Artistic Spring dinner table theme setting for two guests. Fidan and her team made it so simple to set up. Table setting instructions are included in the box, as well as a menu from the caterers. I loved how the menu had my name on it which made it more personalized! The food was also very delicious and fun to plate! The floral arrangements was gorgeous and I loved the gold flowers! Packing up was quick and easy and no washing was needed! It was a fun dining experience to have in my very own backyard, and definitely a memory I will never forget for my birthday!
