Month-Of Coordination + Design
- Creating the inspiration board
- Attend the floral consultation with our floral designer – 2 other decor meetings (rentals, chairs, chargers, dance floor decal)
- Ensuring that all little details match
- Unlimited calls and emails
- Full day-of coordination with a certified Wedding Planner (12 hours)
- An assistant at no extra charge (if needed)
- Creating wedding day itinerary
- Reviewing all vendor contracts, if desired

- Supervising rehearsal (1-1.5 hrs)
- 1 visit to the venue prior to the wedding day -supervising photo session
- Coordinating the timely delivery of rentals etc.
- Creating a Vendor emergency contact list
- Providing Emergency Kit
- Assisting with the placement of favors, place cards, money boxes, etc.
- Making your day as relaxed as possible!
