How Much Does A Wedding Planner Cost?

We have different packages for different budgets. Our packages are customizable, so we can always build a custom package for a client based on their needs and wishes.

What Does A Wedding Planner Do?

We can do anything from full planning to partial planning to just a month of coordination. We also created a special package that is called Month of Coordination + Design, which is in between the planning and coordination. 

How To Start Planning A Wedding?

We usually start the planning process by sitting down with the couple and discussing their vision for their big day. We are going through some questions, figuring out what they are looking to do and to have.

The next step is to discuss their budget for everything and after we create a budgeting sheet and a timeline sheet for them. From there the real planning process begins.

What Does A Day Of Wedding Coordinator Do?

The coordination starts about 1-1.5 months prior to the wedding day. We start with creating a very detailed itinerary for the day off and once it is confirmed with the bride and groom, we get in touch with all their vendors and send them the itinerary. From that moment we become vendors’ main point of contact and we take care of all the coordination with them.

The Month of Coordination package also includes a rehearsal attendance, as well as one final venue meeting with the couple. On the day of the wedding, we have 2 coordinators on-site for up to 12 hours if the number of people is up to 300. Over 300 people attend the wedding, then we bring in additional coordinators.

Once the location has been chosen, send out the Save the Date cards to your guests at least 8 months prior to the wedding day, so your guests start to prepare their vacation plans.
